Self-hosted deployment, assessed black-box: probe suites across
/verify, /settle, /supported, /accepts;
on-chain EIP-712 domain verification; a controlled duplicate-settlement race
(N=10 concurrent requests on one funded authorization, three rounds plus control).
The race was negative — no double settlement, no delivery without settlement. One
low-severity robustness note on inconsistent failure signalling, with no payment-integrity
implication. Two hypotheses formed during testing were falsified by evidence and withdrawn;
both withdrawals are documented in the report.

x402-rs facilitator
The same probe method ported to an independent Rust codebase — the codebase-portability
rung of the method. The subject is pinned by Docker image digest
(ghcr.io/x402-rs/x402-facilitator@sha256:4ebe09d824bf6a5f342add8ae22eb44a2c56894ad22e7d3f5b83ba38023226b9). Predictions were
pre-registered, signed, and anchored before any probe ran; the report will score each one
confirmed, refuted, or partial. Execution follows the pre-registered plan, whose hash is
anchored; the plan is published with the report. Disclosure to the maintainers will follow
the published policy before publication.
Method in one paragraph
Funded, single-defect probes with valid EIP-3009 signatures against a self-hosted subject on a public testnet. Every material claim must resolve to a transaction hash or a re-executable contract call; all probe scripts, raw results, and logs are SHA-256 committed and anchored at publication. Real-world value consumed to date: $0.00. The method and the catalog code are published.
